Hi there ladies, can you believe it, not only is the month of August on us, but we are already in day 3. For us here in South Africa, it means the last month of winter, then spring is upon us. This week is the first week of the new Design Team at Let's Scrap. We have all been busy since Monday to get into the game of being a DT member. And I must say, it is really awesome and I love it so far!

I recently had pictures done of myself and when I saw this sketch on Let's Scrap that was done by Cheri, I knew that I had the perfect pictures for this layout.
What was also awsome is that the brand new Kaisercraft arrived in the post about the same time as the sketch. It was like it was meant to be :-)

This week's sketch on Let's Scrap is another stunning sketch by Cheri O'Neill.
When I saw the layout sketch, I really wanted to do it, but I was not sure what pictures to use. Finally, after going through all the printed pics I had, as I am trying to first scrap the printed pics I have before printing new ones, I decided on these pictures.

I love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
After months of planning, the North-South line of the Gautrain was finally opened this morning!!!!!!!!!!!!! What an awesome day the 2nd of August 2011 was and still is. It will definitely be a day for the history books. And the best part of it, I was part of it!!!!!!!!!!!!! What an awesom
